The Northern Cape Premier, Doctor Zamani Saul, will lead a delegation of senior government officials from both the national and provincial governments on an official visit to Angola.
The delegation will hold talks to repatriate the body of liberation activist Katsuo Flatela to South Africa.
Northern Cape Roads and Public Works MEC, Fufe Makatong, has meanwhile been sworn in as Acting Premier from 20 to 24 November this year.
The state visit to Angola and repatriation talks form part of national legislation which stipulates that the remains of people who fought against apartheid and died abroad should be retrieved from these countries.
