The Forum for Service Delivery (F4SD) has slammed the ANC's Letsema campaign and says it is misleading.
The organisation has described the campaign as a public relations event by the governing party ahead of the general elections.
It says the ANC is trying to convince South Africans that it is committed to service delivery when it has failed.
The forum's remarks came after President Cyril Ramaphosa led the campaign in Delmas in Mpumalanga on Saturday.
FSD leader, Mbahare Kekana, says it Is a joke that Ramaphosa was seen filling up potholes on a gravel road using tar.
