SAA Express ordered to undergo business rescue─── 11:22 Thu, 06 Feb 2020
State-owned airline, SA Express has been ordered to undergo business rescue, at the High Court in Johannesburg ruled on Thursday.
The airline owes Ziegler SA over R11-million.
SA Express has previously argued that there is no case for business rescue.
It said has a letter from the shareholder (government) that R164-million has been made available for the 2020/21 year.
SA Express, like its sister company SAA, has failed to provide its financials to Parliament for the last two years.
