“Her phone kept on ringing with no response.”
The Kroonstad police are seeking the community’s assistance in searching for a 17-year-old girl who was last seen by her parents on Wednesday (3/4) in Maokeng.
Keabetswe Mosoeunyane was last seen by her parents wearing her school uniform when they left her at home to go and fix the car. When they came back Keabetswe was nowhere to be found and her school uniform and her books were lying on the bed.
‘The phone rang unanswered‘
“A missing person case was opened on Wednesday after the parents searched everywhere for their daughter, they also tried to call her but the phone rang unanswered,” said Free State police spokesperson Sinah Mpakane.
“Anyone who can assist the police in finding Keabetswe Mosoeunyane or anyone with information is requested to contact Captain Esther Sompane, Commander of Kroonstad FCS, on 082 854 7547.”

The Northern Cape police said:
- There is no waiting period to report a person as missing.
- People should produce a recent photograph of the missing person.
- People who have a missing relative should give a complete description of the person’s last whereabouts, clothes as well as any other helpful information.
- They should obtain the investigating officer’s contact details and send any information that becomes available.
