The ANC says it does not know the merits of the land claim scam case against the Deputy President, David Mabuza.
The spokesperson of the ANC, Pule Mabe, says the matter of the Deputy President is "simply a distraction".

Mabuza has been placed at the top of a list of people who are allegedly involved in various crimes, including theft, fraud, perjury and intimidation.
