Janusz Walus.
According to the Department of Home Affairs, Janusz Walus must complete his parole in South Africa.
It has granted Walus an exemption for the duration of his parole sentence, during which time he is not permitted to use any passport or travel document issued by Poland.
This comes following rumours that Walus will complete his parole in his own country.
Walus has been incarcerated since 1993 for the murder of South African Communist Party (SACP) leader Chris Hani.
For the horrible act he committed, Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi believes Walus should complete his parole in South Africa.
