Terblanche murder: Girlfriend turns State witness─── 15:55 Thu, 10 Nov 2022
Explosive legal arguments were revealed in the Gqeberha Magistrate's Court on Thursday when it was announced that alleged wife killer Arnold Terblanche's girlfriend has turned State witness.
Krystall Wiggill has been to every single court appearance but was not in court last week or on Thursday. Her twin sister, Charissa Roets, was also revealed as being a State witness.
The 53-year-old Terblanche was arrested on 17 November 2021 at his house in Millpark, Gqeberha, for the murder of his estranged wife, Vicki Terblanche.

Police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says he is expected to appear in court soon, where he will be charged with murder.
He and his co-accused, 32-year-old Reinhardt Leach and 24-year-old Dylan Cullis, were arrested two days after Leach reported Vicki missing and have been in custody ever since.
In a draft indictment seen by Algoa FM News, it is alleged that the three accused and other persons unknown to the State, conspired to kill Vicki Terblanche.

Based on new facts, Terblanche is applying for bail for the third time.
Stander has also rubbished Terblanche’s assertion that the conditions at St Albans prison are not conducive to adequately preparing for trial, stating that he was not hamstrung at all and that he has access to cellphones, several sim cards and even an iPad to communicate with the outside world from his prison cell.
He said that during an earlier bail application, the accused implied that he could afford R100 000 if granted bail, while he forked out half a million rand to a man he thought would be able to get him out of jail.
This man, Phindile Zweni, whom Stander referred to as corrupt, is also a state witness.
The hearing continues.
