Agrizzi has told the inquiry that former prison boss Linda Mti received R65 000 a month from Bosasa for the tender contracts that were awarded to the company by the Department of Correctional Services.
He said the payments and other benefits including the security, paying for two of his children's study fees and flight arrangements in the name of Agrizzi's late father in law continued after Mti resigned as commissioner.
