Afrika se grootste landbouskou vind van Dinsdag 16 tot Vrydag 19 Mei 2023 by NAMPO Park, net buite Bothaville, plaas.

In 2022 was hierdie geleentheid 'n reuse sukses. NAMPO het gespog met 73 000 besoekers, 800 uitstallers – waarvan 150 nuut was – en 925 besoekers het deur die lugruim inbeweeg – dit het 335 vliegtuie en 70 helikopters ingesluit!

Graan SA se Hoof: Bemarking, NAMPO en Navorsingskoördinering, Dirk Strydom, sê dit is belangrik dat daar nie net goeie bywoningsyfers is nie, maar dat die uitstallers sake van gehalte doen, betekenisvolle gesprekke met produsente voer en kwaliteit verkoopsleidrade bekom. Die NAMPO Oesdag se uitsluitlike doel is om innoverende landbou ten toon te stel en vir landbou-vennote en geesdriftiges ‘n platform daar te stel om landbou volhoubaar en meer effektief te maak.

Die tema “Innoverende Landbou” bevestig die positiewe rol wat aan die Oesdag toegeskryf word en die bydrae daarvan tot die toekoms van landbou. Dit sal die landbou se nuutste tegnologie, masjinerie, innovasies en produktiwiteitsoplossings ten toon stel, het Strydom gesê.

OFM is nie net die mediavennoot van die geleentheid nie, maar beplan ook 'n verskeidenheid aktiwiteite tydens Graan SA se NAMPO Oesdag. Dit sluit in regstreekse uitsendings vanaf NAMPO Park van OFM se Mid-Morning Magic en At Lunch programme – Maandag tot Vrydag; 'n toegewyde Agri-uur van 11:00 tot 12:00 – Maandag tot Vrydag; toegewyde verkeersopdaterings deur die dag om te verseker dat luisteraars veilig na en van die geleentheid reis; en spesiale Pop Up Radio-aktiverings by uitgesoekte uitstallers.

OFM augments the sound of NAMPO Harvest Day

OFM is proud to announce that it returns as the official media partner of Grain SA’s NAMPO Harvest Day for 2023.

Africa’s largest agricultural show takes place at NAMPO Park, just outside Bothaville, from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 May 2023.

In 2022, this event was a great success and boasted 73 000 visitors, 800 exhibitors, of which 150 were new, and 925 visitors passed through the airspace – this included 335 planes and 70 helicopters!

Grain SA’s Marketing, NAMPO & Research Coordination head, Dirk Strydom, says it is important that there are not only good attendance figures, but that the exhibitors do quality business, have meaningful conversations with producers, and obtain quality sales leads. The NAMPO Harvest Day's sole purpose is to showcase innovative agriculture and to create a platform for agricultural partners and enthusiasts to make agriculture sustainable and more effective.

The theme "Innovative Agriculture" confirms the positive role attributed to the Harvest Day and its contribution to the future of agriculture. It will showcase agriculture's latest technology, machinery, innovations, and productivity solutions, Strydom said.

OFM is not only the media partner for the event but also plans an array of activities during Grain SA’s NAMPO Harvest Day. These include live broadcasts from NAMPO Park of OFM’s Mid-Morning Magic and At Lunch shows – Monday to Friday; a dedicated Agri Hour from 11:00 to 12:00 – Monday to Friday; dedicated traffic updates throughout the day to ensure listeners travel safely to and from the event; and special Pop Up Radio activations at selected exhibitors.
