Huguenot Tunnel closed after winds overturn trucks─── 06:33 Wed, 22 Jul 2015
Cape Town - The Huguenot Tunnel on the N1 has been closed due to strong winds.
Yesterday strong winds overturned four trucks near the tunnel. No injuries were reported.
Bain's Kloof Pass is also closed because the winds uprooted trees, which were strewn across the road.
Traffic chief Kenny Africa says motorists must make use of alternative routes.
