Transnet, unions agree on picketing rules as wage talks continue─── 10:11 Tue, 11 Oct 2022
Transnet and its unions Untu and Satawu have signed the picketing rules.
The state-owned rail and ports company and the unions met at the CCMA on Monday in an attempt to resolve the dispute.

In a statement on Tuesday, the company said it had agreed on the picketing sites to facilitate peaceful picketing.
"This is the outcome of the first day of conciliation talks under the auspices of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) on 10 October 2022.

"Parties remain committed to reaching an amicable solution with regards to the wage negotiations when the process resumes on 11 October 2022", the statement read.
