Bloemfontein - Motheo TVET College's principal, Dipiloane Phutsisi, has been internationally recognised with the "Chair Academy’s 2016 Idahlynn Karre International Exemplary Leadership Award".
The college claims Phutsisi to be the first African woman to receive the award. The college’s council will celebrate her achievement tonight at the Bram Fischer Building in Bloemfontein.
According to spokesperson, Lame Morubane, through Phutsisi’s leadership the college’s certificate rate has improved with more than 10%, leading an increase in all their programmes.
