This week, we get a special saucy summer sandwich recipe from Chef Maradine. To make this better, we get tips on making creamy spicy mayo & sweet mustard sauce.
Sweet mustard
Ingredients
1( 300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons turmeric
1/4 cup dry mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
Spicy mayo
Creamy mayonnaise- ½ cup
Hot sauce ( or sriracha)- 1 tsp.
Lemon juice- 1 tsp.
Seasoning ( cajun seasoning or red chili powder)- 1 tsp.
Mix together
