The Northern Cape Health Department is requesting public assistance in identifying a male patient currently under care at Robert Sobukwe Hospital in Kimberley.
‘He remains unconscious and intubated’
In a statement issued by the department man was involved in a serious accident on 2 March 2024. He has since then been admitted to the hospital and due to his condition, he remains unconscious and intubated, making it impossible for medical personnel to obtain any information directly from him. The police estimate he can be 38 years old.

Anyone who can identify the patient is requested to visit the Robert Sobukwe Hospital’s Social Work Unit or contact the hospital Social Work Unit on 067 452 0468 or 053 802 2703.
