Heidedal Parkrun to host 250th edition of the race─── ZENANDE MPAME 12:30 Fri, 11 Aug 2023
The park run is open for community participation to celebrate this huge milestone with them on Saturday (12/8) at the Clive Solomon Stadium, at 08:00.
“All community members who like sports and leading a healthy lifestyle are welcome to participate in this entertaining exercise, which spans more than 5 kilometers,” said Free State Parkrun ambassador, Johan Duvenhage.
The branch celebrated its sixth year of existence on 20 May and broke a record by reaching the 238th edition of the race. More than 1 801 people have completed 13 306 runs since the event's beginning, covering a total of 66 530 kilometers.
Anyone who wishes to participate in this commemorative park run is welcome to do so for free.
