North Cape Mall in Kimberley was the scene of an armed robbery Tuesday morning at about 10:50.
Five unknown men dressed in black entered a store and demanded jewellery worth an undisclosed amount from the owner and fled the scene.
The Provincial Organised Crime Unit is investigating an armed robbery case.
“The public is advised not to approach the suspects as they are considered armed and dangerous,” said Northern Cape spokesperson, Sergeant Molefi Shemane.
It is believed that the suspects fled in a Toyota Etios.
No injuries were reported during the incident. Police have launched a search for the suspects.
