Port Elizabeth - Defence counsel for murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou, say they will be bringing an application for bail.
Panayiotou (28) is accused of orchestrating the kidnapping and murder of his wife Jayde, who taught at Riebeek College in Uitenhage.
His lawyer, Alwyn Griebenow, said they will be approaching the state advocate to arrange a date for a bail hearing before Panayiotou's next scheduled court date on June 19.
Panayiotou appeared in court on Monday and faces four charges - conspiracy to commit murder, murder, kidnapping and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
Another accused, Sizwesakhe Vumazonke (30), appeared in court yesterday where his case was postponed to June 19.
