For the first time this year, it's time to see what our chef from Seisoen has for us today. Ever tried vegetarian lasagna?

Roasted Vegetable Lasagne

Ingredients
800gRoasting Veg
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 onion chopped
1 can Lentils
60 ml tomato Pasta sauce
Lasagne sheets
Cheese of choice for topping



Turn oven on 180 degrees. Place Roasting vegetables in baking tray sprinkle with Olive Oil and Salt. Roast for 30 min.

In a Pan saute onions and tomato. Add can of lentils and pasta sauce and cook for 5 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To assemble start with layer of vegtables,  a layer of tomato lentil sauce and pasta sheets repeat till all layers are complete. Lastly add cheese on top and bake for 25 to 35 min or till pasta is done.
