Power cuts planned for Moqhaka Municipality─── NOMAQHAWE MTEBELE 16:23 Fri, 26 Jan 2018
There are planned electricity interruptions in certain areas of Moqhaka Local Municipality, Free State, next week.
Power supply will be interrupted between Tuesday and Thursday in Roro Street, Constantia, and Seeco Street and Lebino Street, Phomolong, as well as surrounding areas. The interruptions will take place between 08:00 and 16:00. According to the Municipal Manager, Simon Mqhwathi, these cut-offs are necessary for the maintenance of transformers at substations. Mqhwathi warned that residents should treat all outlets as live, as electricity may be restored at any time without notice.
