People from all over the country is gathered at Galeshwe stadium awaiting the official programme to start in Kimberly for women's day.

Human trafficking and gender-based violence are some of the pressing issues that will come under the spotlight during the National Women's Day celebrations in Kimberly, Northern Cape, today. President Jacob Zuma is this morning expected to deliver a key note address at the National Women's Day event. Amongst the dignitaries expected at the event is the President of Women's League, Bathabile Dlamini and Northern Cape Premier, Slyvia Lucas.
