Bloemfontein - A group of students, Sasco and ANC Youth League leaders are gathered at Motheo TVET college, waiting for Minister Blade Nzimande to arrive and make his keynote address in Bloemfontein.
The event was set to begin at nine but officials have not arrived yet. Student leaders and students are in the meantime singing struggle songs.
