Vanderbijlpark crash leaves 19 injured─── 08:38 Sat, 11 Feb 2017
Vanderbijlpark - This morning just after 07h00 Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision along Delfos Boulevard Vanderbijlpark.
Reports from the scene indicate that the bakkie with nineteen occupants veered off the roadway and overturned. Exact detail to the cause, however, will form part of the police investigation.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the crumpled remains of the bakkie had come to rest on its wheels in the veld. The commuters was thrown from the tumbling vehicle and was found lying on the ground with injuries ranging from serious to minor.
The injured were treated at the scene and then transported to various hospitals for the care that they required.
