Bloemfontein - The situation at the University of the Free State's Bloemfontein Campus has calmed down considerably.
OFM News's Mark Steenbok reports that students are going about their normal business. Some students are attending classes while a large group are at the Thakaneng Bridge, where they're chatting and singing in groups.
All entrance gates to the campus are open. The police are not at the bridge, but security personnel are monitoring the situation from a distance.
This comes after seven students were arrested this morning for contravening a court order.
