Bloemfontein - A man from Somerset West in Western Cape has been carrying a cross wherever he goes for the past two years.
Bert Human wielded his cross at the It’s Time Prayer Gathering at the Wilde Als Farm in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
He said he carries the cross because he is not ashamed of being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Human said he has been pulled out of dark spaces too many times and he honours Him by walking the cross.
The cross is fitted with water bottle holders, a small wheel at its base as well as an action camera.
He said he wants to carry the cross to other parts of Africa in the near future.
