Substance abuse in South Africa is a serious issue and to help raise awareness of alcohol and drug abuse the OFM Family Focus speaks to Aurora Centre in Bloemfontein, a SANCA member, to help you "Kick the Habit" and find the necessary help.
26 June is International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking: What is this day about and how can we support those battling addiction? Where can one get help? Rethabile Lenkoe, Senior Social Worker at Aurora Alcohol and Drug Centre in Bloemfontein joins Mid-Morning Magic’s Yolanda Maartens in the Family Focus to explain the importance of this day.

SANCA is pleased to host the Addiction 2023 Online Conference from June 28-29, following the success of the Addiction Conference 2021. By collaborating with all roleplayers to provide evidence-based treatment to individuals and their families, the conference will continue to drive the movement started in 2021.
