Lucy is a 16-year-old talented young lady, with a huge interest in the performing arts. She catches up with Nico and tells us about her dreams and ambitions.
Lucy tells us how it all began.
"I'm Lucy Groenewald, I was born in Bloemfontein in 2006 and have lived here since. I amin Eunice High School and my Eunice journey already started at 5 in Eunice pre-primary. As quite an introverted child my mom encouraged me to take part in drama classes, where I fell in love with the performing arts. When I was in Cape Town last year with my school for the Tienertoneel finals, I saw a poster for ATKV- Digitoneel and then decided I would enter this year; not thinking I would come this far but just wanted to gain exposure and experience in front of the camera."
Lucy has been chosen as one of the finalists for the ATKV-Digitoneel. Her episode on DSTV channel VIA, is now available to watch on catch up. Here's a sneak peek.
