The Free State provincial government continues to roll out its service delivery campaign across the province.
Premier Mxolisi Dukwana, accompanied by several officials, say participated in clean-up operations near Odendalsrus.
The provincial government will be cleaning townships across the province every Friday as part of the Letsema campaign. Dukwana said members of the community must also become involved.
Dukwana and his executive council earlier visited Caleb Motshabi and Phase2 in Bloemfontein to examine challenges experienced by local communities.
His spokesperson, Sello Dithebe, says they have identified areas where services must be provided and visible.

“The premier is following up on his own commitment he made during the State of the Province Address earlier this year, that people must receive services on a sustainable basis so that we can encourage those that have the ability or the means to pay for services to do so – be it water, electricity, refuse removal, or rates and taxes.”
