Two children dead following #R34 bus crash─── KEKELETSO MOSEBETSI 11:15 Wed, 01 Jun 2022

Two girls, aged 9- and 10-years-old, passed away when their school bus overturned on the R34 on Wednesday.
The provincial Emergency Medical Services spokesperson, Sipho Towa, tells OFM News the accident occurred on the R34 Road between Bloemhof and Hoopstad in the Free State.
He says at least 21 other pupils were rushed to the Bloemhof hospital while two were declared dead on the scene.
Towa the police are still trying to establish the cause of the accident, while the road remains closed by Wednesday early afternoon.
Meanwhile OFM News previously reported that 36 learners were left injured in North West after an accident involving two buses.
