Team South Africa caused a major upset today when they beat hosts, Estonia during the Europe Africa Group 2 Fed Cup clash in Tallinn.
In the opening rubber South Africa's number two, Chanel Simmonds, went up against Anett Kontveit, who was simply too strong for the South African, winning 6-3, 6-3.

South African number one, Chani Scheepers, the senior member of the team displayed a solid all round performance beating the Estonian number one, Kaia Kanepi 6-4 6-3 to keep the tie alive.
In the doubles, Scheepers and Simmonds came from a set down to neat Kontveit and Kanepi 3-6 6-3 6-4.
South Africa who are still unbeaten, next face Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the winner of Pool A facing the runner-up in Pool B to determine which two nations will advance to Europe/Africa Zone Group 1 in 2016.
