Krejcir's counsel on Monday tried to have large portions of the SA Revenue Service preservation order seizing his assets deemed inadmissible.
Krejcir's lawyer Annelene van den Heever attempted to dismiss sections of an affidavit by Sars group executive Johann van Loggerenberg.
Van den Heever pointed out numerous factual errors and opinions in the affidavit, saying the inconsistencies had brought the credibility of the document into question.
This document was the founding affidavit of the preservation order that allowed Sars to seize all of Krejcir's assets, according to the newspaper.
A striking out application to have the document declared inadmissible was going to be made at the Pretoria High Court on Tuesday.
Krejcir was arrested in November last year and charged with kidnapping and attempted murder.
