Rock band, Simple Minds returns to SA─── 12:10 Sun, 18 Aug 2013
Johannesburg - The Scottish rock band, Simple Minds, has announced a return tour of South Africa in November, SABC radio news reported on Sunday.
The group will perform in Johannesburg on the 1st, followed by Brakpan on the East Rand on the 2nd, and Cape Town on November 3.
The SABC reports that their audiences can expect to hear their rock anthems, 'Alive and Kicking' as well as 'Don't You' (Forget About Me) and 'Waterfront'.
The band supported the cultural boycott against apartheid South Africa in the 1980s.
