Reitz - Reitz residents say they hope Free State Health MEC Benny Malakoane’s visit to the Nketoana Hospital today will result in positive feedback.
Community leader Majola Dumezweni says Malakoane’s visit didn’t come as a surprise as they have been expecting a delegation from the health department.
Dumezweni says premier Ace Magashule recently undertook to send a delegation to the hospital and meet the community.
The Nketoana Hospital is currently partially closed. Only casualties are treated, while other patients are sent to Phekolong Hospital in Bethlehem.
Dumezweni says the community will meet on Sunday to discuss the way forward.
