Bloemfontein - Today marks the start of St Andrew’s School in Bloemfontein‘s 150th anniversary celebrations.
These celebrations will continue throughout the year. Mangaung mayor Thabo Manyoni and Head of the Education Department, Stanley Malope were some of the guest who attended the launch function at the school today.
Headmaster Chris Thomas says on top of the celebrations at the school old Boys will also be able to take part in the celebrations through regional reunions around the country and reunions around the world. Reunions are already planned for Dubai, London, Australia, New Zealand and they are trying to organise one in the US.
