Human Settlements will be in the spotlight on Monday as the minister of the department visits the Free State.

Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi is set to hand over houses and title deeds. Her visit to the troubled Bloemfontein Mangaung Metro Municipality comes amidst anger from residents across the metro including Caleb Motshabi and Khayelitsha informal settlements, where people are speaking out against squalor and the conditions they are subjected to.
