Chef Maradine has a "sweet" recipe that is sure to warm up your winter nights. Especially if you are planning on making some heart and body warming soup.
Sweet bread
Ingredients:
Bought dough 1 packet
500 ml cream
500ml brown sugar
Method:
Take dough roll balls place in baking tray! Let rise 30 min.
Mix cream and sugar pour over dough. Place in oven at 180 degrees for 30 min or till golden brown and cooled through.
There's also a savoury one for those who don't have a sweet tooth...
Bovril and Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
Bought dough 1 packet
500 ml cream
Bovril as much as you prefer
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
Method:
Take dough roll balls place in baking tray! Let rise 30 min.
Mix cream and bovril pour over dough. Add grated cheese over. Place in oven at 180 degrees for 30 min or till golden brown and cooled through.
