In 2010, Herholdt’s decided to open a branch in Kimberley due to the great success they already had in Bloemfontein and due to the high demand in the electrical wholesale market in the Northern Cape. It was here during 2016, where they decided to look into the renewable energy sector and established Herholdt’s Renewable Energies Kimberley and Bloemfontein.

In Kimberley you can find them in Albertynshof, close to the famous Kimberley Big Hole & Kimberley Convention Centre.
