Following a very successful debut against the Cardiff Blues last week, Rhyno Smith retains his place in the starting line-up, however, moves from wing to his more familiar position at fullback.

This William Small-Smith moving over to the wing after playing at inside centre a week ago.

Nico Lee and Benhard Janse van Rensburg will resume their successful partnership in the midfield.

Tian Schoeman has retained the pivot role in the side, while Shaun Venter will once against captain the team from scrumhalf.

The biggest change up front is that of the Niell Jordaan who is not available after breaking his nose earlier in the week during the Currie Cup promotion-relegation match against the SWD Eagles. Jordaan has undergone surgery and will be replaced by Aidon Davis, who in the same match return from a lengthy injury lay-off.

Reinach Venter retains his place on the bench and will provide cover at hooker, while he can also be played at prop if the need arises. Sintu Manjezi and Justin Basson have both been named in the number 19 jersey, and a call will be made later as to who will play.

Sunday’s match at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein kicks off at 16:45.
