This Crinums will be up against the hosts, the Kingdom Stars, this morning at the Oliver Convention Centre.

Yesterday the three-time champions edged the Stings 62-60 to start their campaign with a win.

Crinums star, Sne Mdletshe, told OFM Sport that they laid a solid foundation against the Stings and they are confident in the system that they have in place.

“The team is at a point where we really know what we want and we've just been blessed enough to have so many players and combinations that we can swap around.

“We are really blessed and the win against the Stings was a great building block for the games to come.

“No game is to be easy and we know that. Every game is going to be a tough game.”

Play gets underway at 10:00. Meanwhile, at 08:00 the Comets face the Northern Cape Diamonds on Division 2, and at 18:00 the Stings are up against the North West Flames in Division 1.
