Durban - Investigations are underway into yesterday's tragedy in the skies above Virginia Airport in which parachutist, Brian Slade, was killed. Slade had been rehearsing for today's Durban airshow when he allegedly hit the tail of the plane as he was exiting the aircraft. Airshow spokesperson Ray de Vries has expressed his condolences to Slade's family, saying this was the first time the airshow had suffered such a tragedy.
