Durban - Tragedy has struck ahead of the long-awaited Durban Airshow tomorrow. A member of the South African Airforce's parachuting team has fallen to his death during a practise run at around 11 this morning. Police are on the scene and have taken over the investigation, but initial reports are that the man's parachute failed to open. He landed on the Beachwood Golf course, which is next to the Virginia Airport. Airshow spokesperson Ray de Vries says the man's name has not yet been released.
