Krejcir due back in court─── 06:50 Mon, 25 Jul 2016

Johannesburg - Convicted drug dealer Radovan Krejcir and four others are expected to appear in the Johannesburg High Court on Monday as the murder trial of Lebanese national Sam Issa is set to continue.
Issa was gunned down while he waited at an intersection in Bedfordview around 06:00 on Saturday, October 12, 2013.
Police found at least 30 spent cartridges on the scene. Krejcir faces nine charges along with co-accused Bulgarian Lybohir Grigorov, Mfaniseni Memela, Nkanyiso Mafunda and Siboniso Miya.
Krejcir's alibi claimed that he left a restaurant in the same complex as his business Moneypoint, in Bedfordview, around 05:00 on the morning of the shooting, after a drink-fuelled night with old friends. He then claimed to have gone to visit a female friend in Linksfield after leaving the restaurant.
In a previous appearance, Krejcir told the court he only found out later that morning that Issa had been killed.
However, the State's investigators believed he was behind the hit, despite the fact that they could not place him on the scene.
