Johannesburg - President Jacob Zuma has today, 07 June 2014, been admitted to hospital for tests.
Yesterday Zuma was advised to rest following a demanding election and transition programme to the new administration.
Doctors are satisfied with his condition.

Presidential spokesperson, Mac Maharaj could not say what kind of tests Zuma was undergoing.
Maharaj says he is not sure how long Zuma is expected to remain in hospital.
He says Zuma is expected back at work within the next few days.
