Polokwane - Expelled ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema is due to appear in the Polokwane District Court Wednesday morning.
He faces a charge of fraud and money-laundering relating to an On-Point Engineering tender amounting to four million rand.
Malema's Ratanang Family Trust was one of two shareholders in On-Point.
Meanwhile, Suspended ANCYL secretary Sindiso Magaqa said it is clear that the case against Malema is politically motivated.
Four of Malema's business associates appeared in the Polokwane Magistrate's Court Tuesday. They were granted bail of R40 000 each.
