According to nbcnews.com, if you do light exercises your body will release endorphins that will improve your mood and increase oxygen flow to your brain. You can exercise by just going for a 10 minute walk or you can do something a little more complex like the ‘seated twist’: you can do the seated twist by sitting on the ground, then bend your right knee into your chest. After that, put the right foot on the outside of the left thigh. Gently twist towards your knee (to the right). Hold for a few counts, and then switch legs and switch sides just remember to stay hydrated.

If you feel too sick to exercise, don’t worry, you can fight feeling green with something green. Wineandglue.com suggests that you try a spinach, banana and yoghurt smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 cup of ice

1 ripe banana

2 cups of baby spinach

½ cup vanilla yogurt

Directions:

1.         Blend all the ingredients together

2.         Enjoy!
