Be a back-to-school lunchbox legend─── 12:00 Fri, 03 Jan 2020
Very few kids are looking forward to going back to school, but here are some lunchbox recipes that they can look forward to.
There is no fury like a first grader that wanted his sandwiches cut into triangles, but you cut them into squares.
Eats-amazing.co.uk, has a solution. Why don’t you be one step ahead of them and cut their sandwiches into shapes they didn’t even know they wanted. You are one cookie cutter away from victory in the square vs. triangle sandwich war.
Sometimes it’s too exhausting to think of a new type of lunchbox every day, luckily almost anything can be wrapped in lettuce; chicken, beef, cheese, tomato. Choose the healthy option with lettuce wraps. We happen to have a recipe for you to use:
Ingredients:
1 cup boneless chicken
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lettuce head
Directions:
1.Mix the chicken and mayonnaise together in a bowl
2.Carefully remove a few leaves from the lettuce head
3.Put a spoon full of the chicken mayo mix on a lettuce leaf and wrap it like you would wrap a tortilla.
