Elections 2016 Decision Time

In total 95% of the results in the Northern Cape have been processed.
The ANC claims 57% of the vote, down from 63% in 2011. The DA has taken 25% of the votes, with an improvement of 4%.
Newcomers, EFF, have scored 8% thus far with COPE trailing behind with 2%.
