Dikgale to join the Knights from the NC Heat─── MORGAN PIEK 13:19 Wed, 13 Apr 2022
The Northern Cape Heat batter, Isaac Dikgale, will also be leaving the team in order to play for the ITEC Knights in the upcoming season.
The opening batter played his part in leading the Heat to the Division 2 4-Day title during the past season.
During the match against the Mpumalanga Rhinos in Kimberley, Dikgale shone with an outstanding knock of 232-runs.
Dikgale told OFM Sport that he looks forward to the move to the Orange Army.
“I'm looking forward to joining the Orange Army," said the 26-year-old batter.
“Individually we had been working to be in Division 1, and here I am after getting the opportunity to actually play in the Division and represent the Orange Army.
“I'm looking forward to making sure that the team stays in the division and win trophies.
“I'm looking forward to making an impact at the Knights.”
The Proteas wicketkeeper, Gihahn Cloete, will also be making a return to the Knights.
