A man was found murdered in a toilet cubicle at the Bloemfontein City Hall on Wednesday.
According to the spokesperson for the police, Thabo Covane, the lifeless body of an African male was found in the toilet cubicle in a pool of blood on Wednesday at 08:30.
“There were visible cut wounds to the neck of the deceased. Paramedics were also called to the scene and declared him dead,” said Covane.
Mangaung municipal spokesperson, Qondile Khedama, said the matter was left in the hands of the SAPS investigators. “The body was not decomposed though, since our workers regularly clean the hall. We do not think he was there for longer than two days,” Khedama said.
