"Having a good plan does not mean that the public should be irresponsible and put the lives of citizens in danger. Let us remain responsible, vigilant and avoid driving while under the influence of alcohol and other illegal substances. Let us respect one another, and restrain ourselves from violence. Accidents and violence put a lot of strain on our casualty wards and resources," he concluded.
