There is a heavy security presence at the Dr Petrus Molemela Indoor Sport Centre in Bloemfontein ahead of today’s Presidential Imbizo.
This includes police, traffic officers, members of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) and State Security, among others.

Ramaphosa will likely discuss with community members their issues regarding service delivery challenges, initiatives and solutions to improve socio-economic conditions.
OFM News previously reported at least 2,000 people are expected to attend President Cyril Ramaphosa's long-awaited Mangaung imbizo in Bloemfontein this morning, in accordance with COVID-19 regulations.

The Health spokesperson in the Free State, Mondli Mvambi, said that despite President Ramaphosa ending the national state of disaster, specific protocols remain in place.
